Katarzyna Dziwulska

She has held the role of Vice-president of the Board at Bank BPS since March 1st2026.

She has been associated with the financial sector since 2001. Throughout her career, she has held key managerial positions at PKO BP, Alior Bank, and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie (Citi Handlowy). She was responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing sales structures, and delivering projects of significant importance for the development of retail and corporate banking.

She has extensive experience in implementing transformation programs, including the deployment of digital solutions, the development of omnichannel models, and improving process efficiency and service quality, using data analytics and business decision-support tools.
During her career, she also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Standard Płatności S.A. - the operator of the BLIK payment system.

Katarzyna Dziwulska holds an MBA degree from National Louis University.
